Carbon Diode Laser: Is a non-surgical treatment, the fractional CO2 laser uses a high-precision light scalpel to remove unwanted lesions. It’s computer-controlled and precise, so it won’t cause heat damage to the surrounding skin. The discomfort is generally tolerable, but cream anesthesia can be applied to numb the area being treated. Target Conditions: Warts, moles, syringomas, and various epidermal and dermal lesions Downtime: The treated area will appear red, irritated, swollen, and moist for the first few days. Scabs will form in the next 2 to 3 days and will fall off by the 5th to 7th day (if on the face). For scabs on the neck and other body parts, it can take 10 to 14 days to fall off. A post-laser treatment cream is prescribed to hasten the healing of treated lesions. Frequency: As needed
